She is an active listener and a doer. Kylie & Michael at Laing & Simmons Alexandria recently sold a property for me that Kylie had managed for just over 20 years. From marketing to exchange of settlement was approx. 14 days with 3 opens (Sat, Thurs, Sat - one week). We were kept informed on interest and market changes, and our price guide was adjusted.
