In Nov 2022 I decided to move elsewhere and sought out a Real Estate Agent to handle the sale of my prestige Manly apartment. Having handled previous sales of many of the apartments in my block, Candice had an in-depth knowledge of the important features and location benefits of my apartment and developed a comprehensive marketing plan that positioned my apartment strategically against the competition in the market at the time. Candice was an absolute pleasure to deal with at all times and was backed up by a very effective office team. She communicated extremely well and often, providing regular feedback and sound advice. Nothing was too much trouble. She was at all times open minded accepting suggestions and input to the sales process and I found it a very rewarding and happy vendor/agent partnership, the outcome of which was a successful sale which was a record for the apartment block.
