He got a good price for the seller, and because of his great follow through I was able to settle on the house I sold, and my new purchase on the same day, within 3 weeks of the Oatley purchase. Jack was a true professional from my first interaction on the phone. You could tell he loved what he was doing from his enthusiasm and willingness to sell our property.
