Their opinion was the Auction price was BELOW market position. Summary. Without timely input and background knowledge by these agents maid US MORE MONEY. The marketing, negotiation and positive attitude was EXCEPTIONAL. Our family has had multiple Real Estate investment portfolio for years. Personally, husband has completed a Diploma in Business Management with sub majors in Real Estate Operations and Land Economics.
