We had decided to sell our St Marys investment townhouse early 2021. We contacted 3 agents in the area including our property manager who managed the rental. On first interaction all of them sounded enthusiastic, knowledgeable and keen to work. They promised to do pre work and come back with marker information. One week later no news so followed up and heard back from only one who apologised but still no data. We contacted Joseph Chidiac on recommendation of a friend, he was easy to talk to, keen to do business, provided some market data same day and rocked up at the property on our scheduled appointment day and time. Adam knew the Ermington area very well and his understanding of the market and the buyers at the time of our sale was spot on. During the sale process he helped us deal with quite a few issues, provided us with useful contacts for tradespeople and an insurance agent (we had a non standard insurance issue), he even checked the mailbox and took out our rubbish bins on garbage night a few times when we couldn't. We followed his sales strategy and he delivered on what he promised, he negotiated the sale price within the range that we'd discussed. This was a great result because at the time of our sale the housing prices were falling, buyer interest was dropping (due to increased interest rates and rising building costs) and auctions were continually being cancelled. Adam got the sale on auction day within the price range as promised.
