Phil has helped us for almost 15 years in buying, renting out and selling our house - like a trustworthy companion. His knowledge of the local market is seemingly endless as he has worked the area for so long. He is a true people person and understands the needs and desires of both vendors, buyers and tenants not to mention all the legals and financials. We are very grateful of the extra effort he puts in, guiding us through every step. It is hard to put our experience of working with Phil into words.
