Each time I needed information, he always responded in a timely manner, such as contacting the owner or the strata manager asap to get the information that I requested, and dealing with strata when needed a few times! keeping me posted all the time and never making me uncomfortable. English is my second language, he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making of the offer to the day I got the keys.
