We are the buyers of a unit in Auburn. We've found Bill to be an exceptional agent to deal with. He is generous with his time and helps to go over your questions and the property details thoroughly. The man has incredible product knowledge of the local area and unit market. He also manages many other unit rentals in the Auburn area, so he knows many of the buildings, their history over decades and any potential issues. It is rare to find an agent who is professional and genuine who cares about people and treats real estate not just as a transaction. My family and I were very happy with the experience. Highly recommend Bill if you are looking for an agent to sell or rent your property.
