If you ever want a trouble-free, wonderful, exceptionally professional experience, then I cannot recommend Eric and Van highly enough. Yes, we have a little way to go till end of settlement but so far, its been an incredibly easy and such an enjoyable process - so much so, I almost cant believe it!! Their style of business and how they run the selling process is exceptional. Their dedication to the seller, buyer and their business is refreshing. On a personal note, we can not thank you enough. Don't even look at Focus Estate Agents as an alternative . . . . . . look at them as your Agent.
