Property valuation was within a whisker of what achieved on auction. Along the journey Guiseppe kept us abreast of buyer interest, buyer concerns. regular open days and special open days. I do know that he did shovel and spade work in a business suit shirt and tie to enhance the presentation of the unit. (Dirty work - grass removal) Attracted a high number of visitors to the unit and something like 13 registered bidders on auction night.

I appreciated from the start what appeared to be Giuseppe's emotional intelligence and perceptive responses. He seemed to be warm and down to earth. He guided me through the process of selling our family home of 30 years with a steady hand without overwhelming or pressuring me: that balance between being attentive while also respectful of my personal space was very important to my feeling comfortable in the relationship.
