I was in a difficult position where I had to sell my apartment from overseas. Never easy but the communication with Cassandra and the team was exemplary throughout the process. During my ownership period, I had already used the agency to lease the property, which was done very professionally. Clear and simple communication. When I indicated that I needed to sell, it was logical to stay with the same agency due to the relationship built over several years. During the selling period, Cassandra and I spoke regularly at convenient times by WhatsApp despite the 8-9 hour time difference. Nothing was too much for Cassandra, whose attention was very personal. I was involved in the whole process, from the preliminary pricing to the advertising campaign; and was given detailed feedback after each showing. They quickly found a buyer and helped me with advice on who to use for the conveyancing. I never felt pressured to do anything I did not agree to. I believe they got the best price possible at the time. The whole process was seamless for me. An excellent job well done and I cannot speak too highly of Cassandra and her colleagues at Green Street.
