Chris is very knowledge in the real estate industry, a hard worker, and a great communicator with an open, honest, friendly and no-BS personality. Nothing was too much trouble for Chris. Nothing was too much trouble, and when a few unexpected issues arose that could have derailed the contract, they were handled calmly, strategically and with complete professionalism. The result? An excellent sale price — above my asking price — while still being fair and reasonable for all parties involved.
