Jamie helped us buy a house, then marketed and sold an investment property. Dealing with 4 tenants , and getting buyers thru was handled really well. We gave him a set of keys and stayed out of the way. The reporting after each inspection was thorough , and every time we made a comment or suggestion he followed thru. We felt part of the sale ,and had input during the negotiations etc. Liaison with our conveyancing team, was important as we had difficulties with the purchasers “legals”. We are about to list another property for sale with Jamie, and the Peter Lees Agency.

Renee communicated via phone and text throughout the process, even if the update was that she didn't have an update. She was very available via text, which during the stressful process of buying a house was very appreciated.

We purchased an investment property in 2021 and Saunders were the selling agents. Tim was so friendly, professional, genuine, and accommodating that we chose them to manage the property. Inspection reports were detailed and any required maintenance actioned quickly. Julia was firm with the tenants, but very reasonable and fair. We had every confidence that the property was being look after, which was important as we live in NSW. We recently decided to sell and Tim stepped into action finding us a buyer in under 2 weeks!! We could not be happier with Tim and Julia. Management and sales fees were also very reasonable. Nick was absolutely fabulous to deal with and showed a lot of compassion dealing with the owner of the farm who has lived here all his life, Nick understood how hard it would be for him to sell and showed a lot of empathy.
