**A record result and a genuine pleasure to work with** We engaged Ahmad Souweid of Blackshaw Manuka to sell a 1950s block of units in Red Hill — a distinctive property that needed an agent who could find the right buyer rather than simply the nearest one. Ahmad did exactly that, achieving a record price for a block of this kind in Red Hill. What set him apart was his judgement. Ahmad is calm, level-headed and genuinely insightful about the market. He knew precisely who the buyers for this asset were, how to reach them and what would motivate them — and his read on conditions was consistently on the money. He also worked tirelessly. A multi-unit block on a single title, sold subject to tenancy, is not a run-of-the-mill campaign, and Ahmad gave it the energy and attention it deserved from listing right through to exchange. Where he added the most value was during contract negotiations. His advice was practical, well-informed and refreshingly honest — including when it wasn't what we wanted to hear. He kept things moving smoothly through settlement and stayed engaged and responsive right to the finish line, rather than disappearing once the contract was signed. With two vendor entities involved, he managed communication between everyone seamlessly — and he coordinated inspections across multiple tenanted units with real care, working around residents' schedules so the property always presented at its best while keeping the tenants comfortable and well informed throughout. I would recommend Ahmad Souweid wholeheartedly to anyone selling in the inner south, and especially to anyone with a property that doesn't fit the standard residential mould. A first-class result and a first-class experience.

Working with this Ahmad and the Blackshaw team was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. They made what can often be a stressful and overwhelming process feel surprisingly calm and manageable. Their communication was clear, friendly, and always proactive. We never had to chase updates or wonder what was happening behind the scenes, they kept us informed at every turn and made sure we felt supported and confident throughout the journey. Ahmad was able to provide us incredible advice and continuously be in our corner while buying our new property and when the time came was able to get our property on the market in a very short turn around and then get a pre-auction offer within 7 days. What really made the difference was how genuinely invested the team were in helping us achieve the best possible result. They listened carefully to what mattered to us, took the time to understand our priorities, and worked with us closely to make sure every decision aligned with our goals. They were patient when we needed reassurance, decisive when action was required, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure things ran smoothly. The outcome Ahmad achieved was fantastic, better than we had hope, and it was clear that their hard work, experience, and thoughtful guidance were key to making it happen. Beyond the result, though, we truly appreciated the human side of the experience: the kindness, the honesty, and the sense that we had someone genuinely in our corner. This was a 5‑star experience in every sense, and we would recommend them without hesitation.

Ahmad was honest throughout my entire purchase process and kept me well informed before the auction. I found him calm, genuine, smiling and always willing to do his best to help and address any issues. I also enjoyed getting to know him as the sellers’ agent.

Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions we'll ever make, and we couldn't have asked for a better person to guide us through the process. From the very beginning, Jason was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home. Thanks to the dedication, we are now happily settled in our dream home. We are incredibly grateful for all their hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property.

We keep going back to Jason and the team, because every time we have used them has been a really great, stress free experience. They really know their stuff and take care of everything for us. Highly recommended.

Jason always communicated openly and transparently throughout the sales process. He provided sound advice, frequent updates and responded in a timely manner during a stressful time. Jason had great knowledge of the area and the market, and was able to negotiate and sell my property quickly.
