I'm am overseas based seller, selling an unoccupied rental property, and Josh greatly helped to smooth the process. Josh gave great advice on work required and then help me coordinate getting that work done prior to listing. Josh provided excellent market information to help judge the listing price, worked closely with interested parties to maximise the offers and I'm very happy with the result achieved.

Josh kept in contact on a regular basis even when he was on holidays. He followed up with potential buyers regularly. Josh used his contacts to assist in finding buyers. Communication skills were very good and displayed a professional approach at all times. All communications were via phone, text or email. We never met face to face. Not sure if that is just how real estate works these days. It seems to lack that personal touch. Knowledge of non compliant land was good which is why I chose Josh.

Josh was great to work with. Professional and friendly. Always available and happy to help with any questions or queries I had. Would highly recommend.
