Tanya sold our house quickly and smoothly despite a quieter market. She was positive, capable and easy to get hold of and communicated well. She worked well with Matt to coordinate the pre purchase inspection and all her advice and help was much appreciated as we haven’t sold a house for 18 years. Highly recommend Tanya, thank you.

Tanya Burns was a fantastic person to deal with, had great knowledge and knew exactly how to market our property with a very quick sale, sold on 1st open home and great price sold very high over our price, Tanya went above and beyond and I would recommend Tanya to any one who wants a quick sale. Highly recommended an amazing agent.

I would like to pass on my sincere gratitude and praise for the outstanding professionalism and superb customer service provided to my daughter by Tanya Burns of Raine & Horne Real Estate Eastern Shore (Hobart, Tasmania) during the recent purchase of Heather's first home. Tanya demonstrates admirable personal and professional attributes, and advanced customer relation skills, when assisting clients. Quickly establishing rapport by being genuine, attentive, patient, non-judgemental, good humoured and extremely experienced and knowledgeable in her field, Tanya enables her clients to feel at ease when making their significant purchase. Despite the long and demanding work hours required of Real Estate, Tanya is always upbeat, punctual and responsive, and tolerant of the multitude of questions that nervous home buyers want to ask. I would particularly like to thank Tanya, and recommend she be commended for her exceptional customer service. With thanks, Clare Mulcahy 0400 323 888
