We weren’t initially looking to buy in the Hope Island area, but after attending an open home presented by Carlie from Amir Prestige, everything changed. Her professionalism, warmth, and deep knowledge of both the home and the Sanctuary Cove community made an immediate impression. The tour she provided was the most comprehensive and engaging we have ever experienced, and by the end of it, we had completely fallen in love with the property and the area. When it came time to consider selling our own home, there was absolutely no question about who we wanted to represent us. Carlie was with us every step of the way, going above and beyond to ensure we felt confident, informed, and comfortable throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail, communication, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless. Thanks to her dedication and expertise, our home sold in just 14 days — exceeding our expectations in every way. We highly recommend Carlie to anyone looking for an agent who not only strives for the best possible outcome but also stands by you through every moment of the journey. By the end of the process, we didn’t just have a fantastic real estate agent, we gained a friend.

I first came to know Nikki and the team upon another attempt of selling my unit (the previous agent did not manage to sell). She first striked as a friendly, approachable, yet professional agent who delivers the result that was discussed in our first meeting. Nikki went above and beyond in her research - as she went to a nearby auction to find out the market price.
