You won’t get a better agent in the eastern suburbs than Alan. He knows the market, selling many millions in property every month, but will work just as hard on a 2 bedroom apartment than he does in a mansion. Thanks for all you do Alan and team.

I was referred to this group by a friend and this is probably why. Vince and the PPDRE team (nod to Alexander Phillips here) are an example of how business should be done. I have never been involved in something so significant as selling a home, and having so little to do. The entire process was seamless and within one month we have gone from initial conversations about selling our property, to a sale. I have never seen such a high level of followup, follow through and communication in business. I cannot recommend Vince and this group highly enough.
