Coupled with his knowledge and expertise, Steven also has extensive experience in the building and construction space, which helped us immensely as first time buyers of a new build. His advice and suggestions regarding capacity for further enhancements to the home and the various processes throughout the purchasing journey put us at ease and felt like a partnership through the buying process.
