We purchased a house in Ardross, with titles pending after a subdivision. Towards the end of our 7 month contract, we were worried we wouldn’t be able to settle in time. Paul is very personable and easy to chat with. He’s also part of the Ardross community, attending Ardross primary school assemblies and donating books to their library.
