Prior to putting our houses on the market we interviewed 3 prospective agents . We chose John because he impressed us with his honesty and knowledge of the housing market. Tony and Samantha are very professional agent with good knowledge, experience and enthusiasm. Tony has exception sense of selling and marketing, while Samantha is very good at customer service, who can truly connect the people and always available to answer question and provide assistance until settlement. My house is just nearby the power substation, which is biggest eyesore and difficulty to all the agent, but Tony and Samantha made their best effort with extra open home inspections during the weekday after the work, engaged number of potential buyers to achieve the expect sold price.
