John and Eric have a great team who never gave up looking for the best buyer for our property. They always turned up on time with a positive attitude and made selling less stressful. I don’t think we would have sold our house in this tough market if John and Eric didn’t help find the best buyer for our house. Thanks guys.

Eric left a fantastic first impression and guided us through the pre-purchase, auction and settlement process with experience and confidence. What I particularly appreciated from the first home open I attended pre-purchase, was his comprehensive knowledge of not only the property, but also the neighbourhood. Both in the lead-up to the auction and afterwards, Eric could not have been more responsive, and provided all the contacts and paperwork we needed to get our finances in order. The home was beautifully presented and the auction was well-prepared and ran smoothly. We were especially impressed by the great rapport that Eric had managed to build with both the sellers, as well as us as interested buyers, which made the negotiation easy, and everyone was happy with the outcome. Even post-purchase, Eric and his team were available whenever we needed, to answer questions or provide access to the property, even offering to help with organising our move. We felt well looked after and couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend Eric, and his wonderful team!

We had a fantastic experience working with Eric. He was professional, responsive, and guided us through the entire process smoothly. His communication was clear and timely, and we always felt well-informed and supported. Eric demonstrated strong market knowledge and excellent negotiation skills. Thanks to his efforts, we achieved a result that exceeded our expectations. We are very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Eric to anyone looking to sell their property.
