We bought this property through Linda some 6 years ago, she maintained contact over the period keeping us abreast of activity and price in the complex and area. When it came time to sell, we went to Linda and she came back with a good proposal. We knew she was familiar with the property and the area so went with her. She kept us informed through the process, assisted us through some legal and admin matters and even a small repair as we are not local.
