After having the house on the market for several months with not even one looker, we changed to Kim. After a few weeks and a small price tweak, we had our first looker and they bought it. Kim is very proactive and has success with extensive online advertising. She was very helpful and always available when we needed advice. Kim also kept us up to date with regular contact.

Kim worked incredibly hard for us throughout the entire selling process. She consistently fought for the best possible price while remaining realistic, honest, and straight with us at every stage. Her market knowledge was excellent, and her advice was always transparent and grounded in reality. What truly set Kim apart was her communication and care. She kept me fully up to date, explained everything clearly, and made sure I always felt informed and supported. She didn’t treat us as just another sale — she genuinely cared about our situation as individuals and acted with integrity and professionalism at all times. I am deeply grateful for her dedication, honesty, and tireless effort, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kim to anyone looking for an agent who is both highly capable and genuinely compassionate

I thought Kim was very professional with process of the sale. The house was sold in under 1 month. I highly recommend this real estate agent 10/10
