15 real estate agents in Peppermint Grove, WA, 6011

In a difficult market, Justin and team helped us navigate the sale process, and delivered a result in a relatively short timescale. As we had relocated to Sydney, we were entirely in the hands of the Wallace team. They were superb - especially in the way that they maintained regular communication and managed gardeners etc to keep our property looking top notch through the process. While we would have liked more money (who wouldn’t?!) we feel that the sale delivered a good outcome in a dismal Perth market. Justin has great connections in the golden triangle and has exceptional knowledge of Mossie Park in particular. We highly recommend Justin and the Wallace team.

Jim is probably the best real estate agent I have encountered. He is very experienced, hard working and sincere. Thanks Jim.

We met Claire through Vivien Yap, as we had two properties for sale. Claire took charge of our smaller investment property. Claire is caring, genuine, calm and organised. Claire is a great communicator, and she generated so much interest in our property, it was the number 1 clicked property on Realestate.com for the month. Claire got us the price we wanted and sold within a month. She took us through the auction process, and whilst we were hesitant, she was able to guide us and attend our concerns. Claire is a kind, considerate and gentle human being, who has earned our respect and our friendship. I would recommend Claire to anyone who is looking for a top realestate agent who doesn't fit the stereotype.
