Inspection reports were detailed and any required maintenance actioned quickly. Julia was firm with the tenants, but very reasonable and fair. We had every confidence that the property was being look after, which was important as we live in NSW. We recently decided to sell and Tim stepped into action finding us a buyer in under 2 weeks!!
