I appreciated Richard’s no nonsense attitude. He made the whole process very easy.

Ennis Partners is a boutique brand run by a small, tight-knit highly experienced and professional team, well led by Richard, who deliver a big performance. From presenting their comprehensive proposal, detailing the marketing strategy and answering our queries and concerns, Richard and Kirsty were polished, professional and highly personable. These characteristics shone through during the wholes sales process - from managing the house opens, shaping prospective purchasers and handling the final negotiation process; to the point where we received 3 firm offers, the proximity of which to each other were testimony to the accuracy of Ennis Partner's pricing and marketing strategies - and, importantly, within our expectations. Richard & Kirsty's after-sales care also sets them apart from the pack; put simply, they deliver from end-to-end - and people enjoy dealing with them! lt's also worth mentioning that with Ennis Partners, your agent(s) - in this case, Richard & Kirsty - stay with you from start to settlement; unlike some of the bigger "names" who palm you off to their staff, after the first few opens. This highly personal approach is a key differentiator for this boutique brand, from their bigger, flashier competitors; we'd choose Richard & Kirsty every time. And you should, too!

We think it’s a given that selling and buying homes can be an incredibly emotional process. We want to Thank you sincerely Richard, for helping us in every step of the journey. You couldn’t have been easier to work with. Your genuine demeanour and professional approach was welcomed in every aspect. It was obvious that you had the experience and attitude to get us where we needed to be. Wishing you and your family all the best. L, S,H &L
