Michael made the complex task of selling easy. His extensive knowledge, market experience and access to genuine buyers meant that we was able to get us the best price. Michael was very friendly and accommodating of our needs, nothing was too much trouble. He was able to explain and guide us through every step of the process. Michael is a great communicator and kept us fully informed, was always accessible and took care of the paper work. The property was previously listed elsewhere but did not sell. Michael provide us with market advice and access to buyers that we would not have otherwise reached, resulting is a quick successful sale. I am only too happy to recommend Michael.
