A 11 year circle for me at Clark Real Estate, purchasing my property back in 2010 from Mario. This was my first ever home, so a complete novice. Mario was great, easy to deal with and understanding of my needs as a first home buyer. 2019 I decided to try townhouse living and rented my property out with Mario and the team at Clark Real Estate, they managed my property for 18 months, and were fabulous, thorough, and professional They found me the best tenants and made sure my home was well looked after. Adam had great communication skills, went through the whole process with me, called me on a regular basis with updates, when I left him a message he always got back to me in a good time frame. Adam got me a good price for my home more than I thought I would ever get. I can't recommend Adam enough as I would not hesitate to use him again.

Had the usual real estate agents come and value our property.they basically all said the same thing don’t do anything sell it as is and you will get approximately this much . A friend of mine said try Garry O’Brien from Farr real estate. From the first handshake with Garry till the last handshake was total professionalism. After he inspected the property he came up with a list of ideas too improve the look of the property and get a better price. We implemented Garry’s ideas and some of our own in consultation with Garry. When the house was ready for sale Garry organised the photographer on the Wednesday and had the open home on the Saturday and got multiple offers one being $20000.00 over the asking price which ended up being the new owners. I could not recommend Garry O’Brien highly enough and will definitely be using him for all my property needs in the future.

Whether it was good or bad news, she was first to dial and happy to walk us through the process. We received multiple offer for this property and she always gave her most honest opinion which resulted in securing the best offer in the end.
