Mike is honest, meticulous and is brilliant at connecting people to real estate. His sales systems are varied, unique and successful. I love the systems that Mike uses to communicate and he is probably the most responsive agent I have ever met. These days, it doesn't matter where our real estate is in Brisbane, we will only choose to have Mike sell it for us. His recent sale of our 3 Bedroom Apartment in Leichhardt St, Spring Hill (an apartment complex of 190 units) was a record for the complex and some 17% higher than a similar one sold three weeks prior.
