Great Advice! Understood our plans/intensions and the buyers! I have known Stephan since 2015, when we bought this house we just sold. We recently had the pleasure of working with Eden on a difficult simultaneous purchase + sale. We met Eden as the listing agent for the property we wanted to purchase.
