Exceptional Service and experience in the Brisbane property market

I engaged Henry to sell my property given his extensive knowledge and experience with the Brisbane property market. After being in contact with Henry over a number of years on if when and how I should see my property, Henry's advice couldn't be more accurate and he exceeded my expectations with the sale of my property resulting in a record sale price at the Siena apartments in Milton. There was never any pressure on pricing and what he believed we could get for the property and the timing of when to sell was impeccable. The entire process was seamless and would constantly keep me updated on how things were progressing with the sale. Henry is an honest and trustworthy agent and could not rate him more highly. If I am ever in the market for more properties in Brisbane I would not think twice about using Henry Hodge real estate services in future. Henry and the team 10/10! Thank you

Was a little disappointed by the effort

I was disappointed by Jonathan's lack of effort. From the very first inspection, we expressed clear interest in the property. There was no follow-up call on his side. We saw the property 4 times before the auction - expressing clear interest. He never called us. We received texts. When it came to settlement -- Jonathan and the seller agreed to have the lawns mowed, which I understand is a courtesy. When it came to settlement day - he mentioned that only the front lawn was mowed and when I queried this, he said that someone had locked the gates to the back? That would be... him? The backyard was full of huge weeds. On settlement day he agreed to meet me in Indooroopilly to give the keys. He called and said if I needed the keys that day, I'd need to drive to his offices in Fortitude Valley to collect them as he had to 'pick up his child'. When I mentioned that he had agreed to come, he said "his child was sick, what was he meant to do?" He had not mentioned this prior. When I came into the Valley to collect the keys, there is no signage out the front of the office and there isn't a doorbell to ring the office assistant, nor did Jonathan provide her phone number to get in touch with her which was a little stressful as the parking has a strict time limit, and he was also not answering his phone at this point. After getting keys for the property -- rubbish was left inside the property, which again, agents or owners do not 'have' to clean this sort of thing, but it is a courtesy. Finally, a neighbour approached me 1 week after moving in and settling and introduced herself, giving me a full set of house keys including a key fob for the garage. I had already had the locks for the door changed but this really shocked me. I really think it is shortsighted to treat clients this way. It's just assuming you'll never get repeat business from them again, which is a given now.

Outstanding Agent

Jeroen not only met all of our expectations, but we asked him to jump through additional hoops in terms of a shortened contract and increased listing price. He didn't bat an eye, and achieved a good result for us in a very short time. Exceeded our expectations and enabled us to achieve our dream. He went above and beyond in supporting us through a very difficult time, and was there every step of our journey. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. Always calm, always professional, always there for us.

Quick sale and great price.

Mackenzie was terrific. He communicated well and often and we were always kept informed about how things were going and viewing feedback. His advice on the type of sale was excellent and we sold in three weeks for a wonderful price.
