I thought the selling of my house after living in it for 20+ years would be stressful, however, the agent’s quiet demeanor and clear explanation of the process helped reduce my stress. During my whole experience I found the agent to be supportive, honest, encouraging and easy for me to talk to and ask questions of. In the future I will and have recommended the agent to friends who are contemplating selling their homes. I know that they will have an honest, professional agent.

We recently sold our beloved family home in Narangba Qld - one of the hardest decisions to make was what agent to use. After lots of research and speaking to a couple of locals agents who never left me with much of an impression and weren't that interested as we weren't quite ready I came across Allan's profile from @realty and gave him a call. From there on it was a no brainer, he was at our property within 24 hours even though he knew we weren't ready, he wanted to get to know us, get a feel for our expectations and start to build a honest trusting relationship. Allan (and his wife Ngaire) are two of the most honest and caring humans we have met in a long time, nothing was a problem for Allan, he always worked with us with our lifestyle and timeframes in mind, he is honest, reliable and very humble, has never once pressured us and I know he'd never pressure or create any smokescreens for a buyer either, we could not be happier, he got us what we wanted within 4 weeks of going to market, in our opinion Tina Turner wrote a song about him -"Simply The BEST"!

Can’t recommend Sally highly enough. Her sensitivity to our situation made everything so much easier. Sally is a great communicator and kept us all informed every step of the way. Her market knowledge was on point and although out of area she did her research and ensured our expectations were realistic. Our family home of 66 years sold in just over a week and settlement happened quicker than expected. Sally’s professionalism is beyond measure and engaging her as our agent was the best choice we made in this whole process. If we had to go through this all again, it would be Sally we would choose again in a heartbeat. Five gold stars and then some.
