I spoke to a few agents prior to appointing Sue. She was upfront and knowledgeable and knew her facts and numbers. She queried me about my expectations and commitment. She was not like the other agents who were desperate for the sale. I recognised this as a sign of an honest, experienced and successful agent. Further, she communicated with tenants and made sure the unit looked impressive for the open house. I recognised that she was really working for my best interests. The unit was sold at a great price within 2 weeks. Wonderful experience and I highly recommend Sue to prospective buyers/sellers. You're in safe hands.

Paul will be around when the property market slows down. During our 4 months looking we have dealt with many agents and the majority think houses sell themselves and they are just there to collect the commission. Paul is the complete opposite. Nothing is too hard for Paul and he even stayed in contact while he was away for a family wedding. An honest old school agent who will tell it how it is. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
