Tracie provided us with a realistic price of what we could expect from the sale of the house backed up with comparisons to other similar properties in the area and she achieved and bettered our expectations. She liaised with the conveyancer on our behalf and also the agent we were buying the new property from so that there was a smooth transition from the old property into the new.
