I contacted McGraths Realty after reviewing their style of advertising on Realestate.com. I was impressed by the photography, concise property description and the way in which pricing was advertised in an open manner, instead of the usual ‘contact agent’ statement. Having a great working relationship with the agency everything went so smoothly. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I achieved a price over asking all due to the excellent negotiating skills by McGraths senior agent Alex Jordan. Jordan worked tirelessly to get my property to market and Alex hit a home run, getting a sale within 2 weeks at a great price. I honestly feel I would not have achieved this result with another agency.
