We brought with Sam back in August. We literally made one phone call to him to express our interest in one of his houses and he then phoned back to say it’s ours. There is no time wasting with negotiations etc. Our newly purchased house is rented out with Century 21 and that also was a very easy process. We highly recommend Sam as an agent.
