We had high expectations of working with Peter as we have been residents of Wembley Downs for many years and were aware he had been involved in the property market in this area for most of this time. Peter well and truly lived up to these expectations. His knowledge of the area and of the comparable properties was exceptional. This, along with his experience, led to a well- informed selling strategy which he executed precisely. Peter’s approach to communication was also noteworthy. Very early on in our interactions he was keen to know how much or little to communicate with us and he was so respectful of our wishes and whims. We were regularly informed throughout the whole process and in a very objective manner. Peter’s attention to detail was also appreciated as there were no last-minute hiccups along the way; the entire process was very smooth and according to plan.
