Jay at all times showed professionalism and honesty throughout a very difficult sale. He at all times communicated immediately of any changes and at all times was upfront and invested. Dealing with purchasers who manipulated and mislead the process throughout including withholding notification of finance approval for over 2 weeks until the final 24 hours of being due, despite on numerous occasions being requested for updates. Which then led to a 5 day settlement period which was impossible for both settlement agents, Jay constantly displayed patience and professionalism.
