1,505 real estate agents in Sunshine Coast

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Lou in connection with the sale of our property. Lou was always helpful, professional and attentive, with the result speaking for itself

In December I sold my home with Lou and Ambre. I have to say in my 18 years of dealing with Real Estate Agents on the Sunshine Coast, Lou and Ambre would have the be the most pro-active well connected agents on the coast. Their constant feedback and honest approach was refreshing. Their commitment to the job at had was flawless. After we sold (In 2 weeks) they stayed in touch and helped us all the way through to settlement. I would have no issues suggesting them to anyone in the future.

Chris Pace and Lou Cooper of McGrath Buderim were great to work with for the sale of our home in Buderim. Both of them took the time to go through the logistics planning and options for our campaign and never pressured us into doing anything we weren't comfortable in doing. Chris and Lou were always available to talk to throughout our auction campaign and eased the stress of the process by meeting regularly and communicating clearly and openly. Chris and Lou were 100% committed to following up leads in a low pressure manner and forming relationships with possible buyers. Chris and Lou were honest about where they thought our home sat in the market and were right when it came to auction day. The value of McGraths work is not only in the amount of hours put into the campaign, it is also in the high end videos produced, great photography, range of advertising options and overall professionalism. I would definitely recommend Chris and Lou to anyone considering selling their home in the local area.
