Throughout the whole process of making an offer to the actual confirmation the apartment was mine, Craig was extremely helpful and his knowledge re the market, purchasing and legal aspect is 100%. Coming from New Zealand, purchasing in Australia is a whole new ball game, but the information I was given certainly helped the process.
