My house was a difficult property to sell as being a renovator many lenders were not interested in providing finance to buyers but Geoff worked long and hard showing the house to all potential buyers keeping me informed on any progress every step of the way. He was fantastic. If I had any questions he was always there to offer advice or information. He managed to get me the full asking price for the home with good contract conditions which is amazing.
