Very compassionate, caring and a great knowledge of the property

We first met Colin at an open inspection of a property we were interested in and were struck by his genuineness and friendliness, we could also see that he was also very knowledgeable regarding the local market and Real Estate industry, so we felt happy to ask him if he would do an appraisal on our property as we wanted to sell. After the discussion regarding sale of our property we felt comfortable working with Colin, and felt he was the right agent for us. We liked how Colin also did the photography himself, and he is very a skilled professional in this regard aswell, with exceptional drone photography too. Colin did not disappoint, he proved to be hardworking, and always polite respectful and friendly and communicated well, keeping us informed of developments along the way. In less than 1 week of the house going on the market Colin presented 2 great offers on our home, and we had a contract of Sale on it within the week! Thanks Colin, we would not hesitate to recommend your services!

We were extremely happy with the professional and courteous efforts shown by Joseph in the selling of our family home. I would highly recommend Joseph to anyone thinking of selling their property.
