I understand that the real estate agent represents the seller but, as a buyer, I was impressed with Dakota's attitude and professionalism towards me. As an investor, there were finance issues which delayed the process but at all times he was courteous and understanding and able to make this purchase happen.

I could not fault Rico in his knowledge communication or professionalism. Rico’s knowledge to the current market was spot on. Rico communicated with us on a daily basis numerous times if needed always professional and polite. Rico is confident and knows what he is doing. Rico organised and explained everything throughout the process. We cannot fault Rico. I have used other agents in the past and I know I will never have anyone else act on our behalf in the Sunraysia area when it comes to real estate other than Rico. We cannot fault him at all.
