Carmen is an extremely professional and personable real estate agent whose efforts were exceptional in the selling of our property. Carmen did significant research to understand the nature of the area, demographics and future planning to be able to inform all prospective buyers above and beyond their expectations. She also understood the property, and was able to offer suggestions to buyers on other opportunities for the property (eg, creating 3rd bedroom) to make it more attractive, as well as understanding the benefits of the property in terms of location, size, attractiveness and many other features. Carmen was very professional, respectful and friendly to all the prospective buyers. An example of this was at the auction, she was able to greet all potential buyers by name and understood their situation and advise accordingly. It was evident that all the prospective buyers trusted her implicitly and were very keen to hear her perspective, and that is also a key point in my dealing with Carmen, she is completely open and has great integrity and I also trusted her implicitly. I received regular updates from Carmen on what was happening with the selling process and potential purchasers and felt very comfortable and reassured that everything was being done to ensure the best possible price could be achieved. Carmen worked extremely hard with all prospective buyers and was able to maximise the number of bidders at the auction and also the result on the day as she worked with each of the buyers to support them in their efforts to bid and purchase the property. Carmen's skills enable us to achieve an outstanding price on auction day which was significantly above the reserve and our expectations.
