Subsequent open days were also very pleasing. Updates and feedback following the open days were relayed not only by phone, but in an email report format as well. Our aim was to sell at auction and although our property was passed in, in the morning, Lucas' tireless efforts and negotiations with one of the prospective buyers accomplished a pleasing sale by the afternoon.
