This is the second time I have used Edge Realty to sell my property. I was so impressed with Mike and Tyson the first time that I never even thought of another realter the second time around. They are always going to be my first choice. Their level of customer awareness and professionalism is second to none. They have always kept me up to date with the progress of the sale and I have never felt like I've been left in the dark. Their attention to detail was amazing and the way Edge presented my home, I couldn't have been happier. I would recommend Edge Realty and I do recommend them to everyone I talk to. I had my place appraised by a number of different agents. Many were great but I chose Fadi Oudith as he was warm and friendly. This was the kind of person that I wanted to represent my home as I knew that buyers would also appreciate his genuine nature. I felt that Fadi really invested in my house and me as a person. After I had already agreed to have Fadi represent me, he presented me with the fees and I was astounded that not only did he come with exceptional reviews, but his fees were below what the rest of the agents charged. From the get go, Fadi’s communication was nothing short of amazing. I never had to call him to ask what was going on as he was right on the ball. Many times, I feel that agents are just wanting any old price just to close the sale. However, Fadi, guided me carefully on what he felt was the best price and he went above and beyond to get the best offer. My house sold before auction for a phenomenal price to someone on Boffo’s data base and I truly believe that this was down to Fadi’s determination. I would highly recommend Fadi and if I was to sell again, I would choose him to represent my home. There are many wonderful agents out there and some not so good ones. Fadi isn’t wonderful. He is exceptional and an asset to Boffo and the real estate industry. We need more good ones like him.

The campaign of selling my house by Linda Clemente was outstanding from start to finish. She was always professional, punctual, continuously in touch daily informing of all updates or changes, very supportive to me as a vendor while going through the emotional transition of selling my home that I've spent most of my life saving for. Her fantastic team also did a great job, Oliver, Anita and George the auctioneer. The auction day was an unpredictable but marvelous outcome , due to the hard work the 4 team members all put in. It went for a whole hour of uncertainty with an outstanding end. Linda's team not only got me the best price for an average market at the moment but I saw how much she also cared about her buyers and wanted the best for them too.
