My property had been for sale via another agency for 3 months with only lowball offers. I therefore researched which agents had the most sales in the area and Laney’s name came up. I approached her and was very impressed with her ideas and thoughts on why the property had not sold. She promised me a quick sale and I let her run with it. She organised new photos and a new advert. True to her promise she secured a firm buyer very quickly and I was quite happy with the price the property fetched. Not only is Laney very knowledgeable with the area but she is very good at what she does, she is honest, polite, a hard worker and a good communicator. I cannot recommend Laney highly enough to anyone who wants a quick sale at a good price. Thanks for the great effort Laney. I am very much appreciative.
