Selling a house is my biggest nightmare. Stress factor 10 out of 10. I have a disability which makes things that little harder. Ben got right in there and led the way. We purchased an investment property in 2021 and Saunders were the selling agents. Tim was so friendly, professional, genuine, and accommodating that we chose them to manage the property. Inspection reports were detailed and any required maintenance actioned quickly. Julia was firm with the tenants, but very reasonable and fair. We had every confidence that the property was being look after, which was important as we live in NSW. We recently decided to sell and Tim stepped into action finding us a buyer in under 2 weeks!! We could not be happier with Tim and Julia. Management and sales fees were also very reasonable.
