Sean is very knowledgeable about the Double Bay market and what is on and off market at any given time. We were clear about the price we wanted and he achieved it, despite buyers giving feedback $100k to $200k below. He gave us good advice about moving our property from off market to on market and it was sold a few days later.

Both Sean and Nate were knowledgeable about the area and great at communicating throughout the entire sale process from staging to the sale. They kept me informed of any potential buyers and well exceeded my expectations on auction day. Highly recommended.

Nader along with his assistants Naomi and Claudia have made the sale process of our family home a good experience for both my husband and I, after deciding to down size earlier this year. The market campaign was spread out well over the four weeks, with firstly advertising on the net, followed by an article in the Sydney Morning Herald and then the local courier, with the cover page for real estate and full page article including a delightfully written blurb about our property. The entire sales campaign was well executed and professionally handled. Nader's knowledge and reputation for the sale of properties in close proximity to ours was what convinced us to use him and Ray White. Communication was strong through out, Nader and Naomi were always available to answer any questions or concerns, as well as to provide feed back from prospective purchasers after each home open. Together their diligence and hard work gave us an end result which we were pleased.

This team delivered far beyond my expectations. I decided to sell at the end of last year when the market was thriving and sales in my building were reaching record highs. I invested heavily in renovations and marketing, but almost overnight the market shifted - interest rate rises and global events changed everything. I was in shock at how quickly things turned. Throughout this, Augusto and his team remained calm, strategic and completely committed. They reassured me they had my back and would work tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome and they absolutely delivered. Communication was exceptional. From day one, they set up a WhatsApp group and kept me informed at every stage. I always felt across everything happening.
