Dave was very personable right from the outset, keen to hear what my needs were rather than simply trying to ‘get a sale’. He was able to assist me on all kinds of details which assisted me in making informed decisions, from the current rental market through to recommendations for service providers, even assisting me to have a working knowledge of some of the legal requirements. He clearly knew the market well, and assisted me at each step through the process to know what exactly what was needed. What struck me the most however was the extent to which he was prepared to assist me, understanding I was from interstate. Dave frequently went out of his way to bridge that gap, and when I commented on this he said ‘I’m simply doing for you what I would want someone to do for me if I was in your shoes’.
